PAYMENTS:

To keep the reservation, it is necessary to pay 10% of the total tour. In the case of the beta version of the reservation platform, the reservation amount is S/350 or USD$100. This amount is NOT refundable if you cancel the tour.

The balance of the package price tour minus the amount charged for confirmation- must be paid before starting the tour (in Iquitos), by the following means:

– PaymentLink

– Wire transfer

-Cash

– Western Union

-Citibank

CHANGES:

You can change the dates of your reservation for all of 2022, at no additional cost. If you want to change it for 2023, it is possible by adding the difference.

TRANSPORTATION AND SCHEDULES:

– Departure time from Iquitos to Muyuna: 9:30 am.

– If you miss the flight or arrive late, we wait for you at no cost.

-Departure time from Muyuna to Iquitos: 1:00 pm.

– If you have another departure time, S/300 is added.

-Take note that in transfers after hours, you will miss activities and food. However, during the journey, we give you a lunch box.

-Due to visibility conditions, the maximum time to leave Iquitos for Muyuna is until 3:00 pm and the earliest we can leave Muyuna for Iquitos is 6:00 am. If the flight is delayed and arrives after 3:00 pm, we will take you to a hotel in Iquitos to go to Muyuna the next day. This change of plans is included in the payment, if you return the day you had planned. Does not include meals in the city.

-If you miss the flight or it is delayed too much and you arrive after 3:00 pm and decide to change the return flight to Lima, to enjoy the paid tour in Muyuna every day, we help you to find a hotel in Iquitos, which would be paid for you.

Media

If you upload images to the web, you should avoid uploading images with location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the web can download and extract any location data from images on the web.

Contact forms

The contact form is used only to answer questions about our services, as well as to generate possible reservations at Muyuna Amazon Lodge in case the future guest wishes and requests it.

How long we keep your data?

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically, instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
